Why haven’t I received any interest from companies?
One of the most common reasons a candidate’s profile might not receive interest from companies on QuietHire.com is due to the fact that a candidate cannot be relocated to an area in which an employer needs a job filled. Second to that, searches from companies might not match your input on your Confidential Candidate Profile Page. We recommend that you log in and re-review your profile. Check your job title, salary and relocation options. Make sure that your free text descriptions clearly notate your job title and responsibilities. If you can adjust your salary expectations and/or open up your relocation options this might bring more employers to you.
You may also suggest another job title that you are willing to accept.
You can add more searchable keywords in your open text box describing your Specialized Technical Knowledge/Experience or in your Top Skills.
Lastly, be certain to check spelling in the Free Text boxes.
How can I make my profile not visible for a while but keep my information for future use?
At any time, a QuietHire.com candidate can contact us and request profile suspension or removal.
Will my profile ever expire?
Confidential Candidate Profiles on QuietHire.com can expire. If you have not logged in QuietHire.com for any consecutive 365 days, QuietHire.com will suspend your profile for 30 days and send you an email asking you to log in and update your profile. If you fail to log in for one year and 30 days, your profile will be removed and your account will expire. You can always sign up for a new account at any time.
If a company shows interest in my profile, how will I be notified?
Employers have the option of clicking on a button at the bottom of your profile that says Contact This Candidate. Due to our strict adherence to anonymity, you will receive an email from the QuietHire.com team, telling you that you have mail in your QuietHire.com mailbox. The email will contain a link to your log in page where you can simply open your mailbox and view all the emails from any interested company. Each email will contain the Company Profile and current Job Position details.
How do I contact a company that shows interest in my profile?
All Company Profiles contain direct contact information. This may be in the form of a Contact Name, Contact Phone Number and/or Contact Email Address. QuietHire.com candidates have the luxury of either making direct contact with the employer, sending a “respectively decline” reply or (hopefully not), ignoring a company’s interest.
If the company has a website, you may conveniently visit that as well.
Can I be an Employer and a Candidate at the same time?
Absolutely! Every visitor to QuietHire.com can be both a Candidate and an Employer. You will need two User Accounts, one as a Candidate and one as an Employer. Simply go to each side of the Home Page; Candidate and Employer, and create your accounts. The Candidate account is always free and the Employer account will have a one- time low annual fee for each subscription.
Am I allowed to share my Username and Password?
QuietHIre.com Usernames and Passwords are intended for one user only. Allowing other people to access your QuietHire.com account utilizing your unique Username and Password will jeopardize security features built into your account.
