What if my searches do not give me any profile results?
Most searches that bring few candidates involve candidate restrictions. Unless a candidate lives in the area in which your job is located or is willing to relocate to your area, your search could bring few profiles. QuietHire.com suggests a daily search for newly posted candidate profiles.
Searches may also produce few results based upon your Job Search criteria. The more specific an employer is in their search, the fewer candidates will likely be found. Broadening a search will result in more candidate profiles.
Lastly, use the free text boxes. These boxes are searchable and hits in these areas will proliferate your returns. Please check your spelling in these boxes as misspelled word will likely be unsearchable.
How will I notify a candidate if I have interest in their profile?
Employers who view interesting Confidential Candidate Profiles simply click on a button at the bottom of their Search Results Page that states, “Contact Candidate.” This will immediately send an email directly to the candidate. The email will have your Company Profile and Current Job Search Criteria and any information you supplies during sign up. The email will contain your contact information. The candidate will have the option to contact you directly, or (hopefully not), respectively decline.
How will I know if I have already viewed a candidate profile?
Displaying a “Viewed” icon above the candidate number will indicate candidate Profiles that have already been viewed.
What if my company has more than 3 locations?
Companies can purchase several packages on QuietHire.com based upon their specific and individual needs. If a company has a unique situation and would like to talk to us about their subscription preferences, please feel free to contact any member of our Sales Staff during normal business hours. Will I use the same username for all 3 locations?
Companies will be provided unique usernames for multi-site organizations who purchase plans from QuietHire.com, Inc.
How will I know when my subscription is running out?
QuietHire.com keeps your account information up to date and viewable on you’re my Subscription Page. This is viewable from the Log In Page through the My Subscription button in the Company User Menu. As a subscription nears its termination date, an email will be sent to you from QuietHire.com that notifies you of the expiration date and provides a link to renew your subscription.
What if I have forgotten my Username and password?
Companies that forget their Username or Password will have the option of having the information sent to them via the email they used when the initiated the account on the QuietHire.com front page.
If the email has been forgotten, please contact QuietHire.com during normal business hours and we will be happy to assist you.
What if I have a Subscription but did not purchase the option to have my logo on the front page and I have decided I would like to have it?
Log in to your account and go to the Company User Menu, click on My Subscription and click on Add Advertising.
What if I find a Candidate that has indecent or false information on their profile?
Each Candidate Profile will have a “Report Abuse” button that sends an email to Account Management. We will review and correct the situation as deemed appropriate.
Am I allowed to share my QuietHire.com Username and Password?
QuietHIre.com Usernames and Passwords are intended for one user only. Allowing other people to access your QuietHire.com account utilizing your unique Username and Password will jeopardize security features built into your account.
